In a time marked by polarization, instability, and a constant sense of threat, this group offers a grounded space to make sense of what you’re feeling. Anxiety and depression are reframed not as personal failures, but as understandable responses to uncertainty, loss of control, and repeated disruption. Together, we slow things down, build clarity, and reconnect with agency. We know these experiences don’t come to define who we are, even when the world feels unsteady.
