Holding Steady in Uncertain Times Anxiety & Depression Support Group
Start Date: TBD
Nashuda ‘Nash’ Augustine, MHC-LP (she/her)
In a time marked by polarization, instability, and a constant sense of threat, this group offers a grounded space to make sense of what you’re feeling. Anxiety and depression are reframed not as personal failures, but as understandable responses to uncertainty, loss of control, and repeated disruption. Together, we slow things down, build clarity, and reconnect with agency. We know these experiences don’t come to define who we are, even when the world feels unsteady.
Healing through Comics: Rewriting Your Story Through Art and Imagination
Start Date: TBD
Defne Sagdic, MFT Clinical Intern (she/her)
Healing Through Comics is a four-week creative arts workshop that invites you to explore your story through drawing, storytelling, and reflection. Comics become a way to see yourself from new angles—to meet the parts of you that are brave, frightened, funny, angry, or longing to be free.
