Sex can offer pleasure, play, release, connection, and an opportunity to feel fully present in our bodies. But having sex, experiencing intimacy, feeling pleasure, and reaching orgasm are not the same thing. When we treat them as interchangeable, we limit our understanding of what a satisfying sexual relationship can be.
